Ingredients
  

2 medium cucumbers, peeled and chopped

1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 2-3 limes)

1/4 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)

4 cups cold water

A pinch of salt

Lime slices and cucumber ribbons for garnish

Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
 

In a blender, combine the chopped cucumbers, fresh lime juice, granulated sugar, and a pinch of salt.

    Pour in 2 cups of cold water and blend until smooth.

      Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a large pitcher, discarding any pulp.

        Stir in the remaining 2 cups of cold water, adjusting sweetness if necessary by adding more sugar.

          Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to enhance the flavors.

            Serve over ice, garnished with lime slices, cucumber ribbons, and fresh mint leaves if desired.
