Ingredients

2 large crisp apples (like Honeycrisp or Granny Smith), diced

1 cup of seedless grapes, halved (red or green)

1/2 cup of chopped celery

1/2 cup of walnuts or pecans, roughly chopped

1/4 cup of dried cranberries or raisins

1/2 cup of Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup

1 tablespoon of lemon juice

A pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced apples, halved grapes, chopped celery, walnuts (or pecans), and dried cranberries.

In a separate small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), lemon juice, and a pinch of cinnamon until smooth and well blended.

Pour the yogurt dressing over the fruit and nut mixture, gently tossing to coat all the ingredients evenly.

Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey or maple syrup.

Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

Before serving, give the salad a gentle stir and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
