Ingredients

1 medium cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon ground cumin

½ teaspoon turmeric

½ teaspoon chili powder (adjust to taste)

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons nutritional yeast (optional, for a cheesy flavor)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Prepare the Cauliflower: Rinse and cut the cauliflower into small, uniform florets for even cooking.

Mix the Seasoning: In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, ground cumin, turmeric, chili powder, salt, and pepper. If you're using nutritional yeast, add it to the bowl.

Coat the Cauliflower: Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss them until they are well coated with the spice mixture.

Arrange on Baking Sheet: Spread the seasoned cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make sure to leave space between the florets for proper roasting.

Roast the Cauliflower: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping the cauliflower halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.

Garnish and Serve: Remove the cauliflower from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately with lemon wedges for a zesty kick.
