4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup Ritz crackers, crushed

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

2 large eggs

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons milk

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet with cooking oil spray.

    In a bowl, combine crushed Ritz crackers, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to blend all the flavors.

      In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, Dijon mustard, and milk until well combined.

        Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture, ensuring it's fully coated. Allow any excess to drip off.

          Next, press each chicken breast into the cracker mixture, turning to coat thoroughly on both sides. The more crackers you can stick to the chicken, the crispier it will be!

            Place the coated chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet and lightly spray the tops with cooking oil to help achieve a golden crust.

              Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F) and the coating is golden brown and crispy.
