2 large chicken breasts, grilled and sliced

6 slices of crispy bacon, crumbled

1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup ranch dressing

4 large flour tortillas

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil for grilling (optional)

Optional garnishes: sliced green onions, extra ranch dressing

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken: Season the grilled chicken slices with salt and pepper. If you don’t have grilled chicken, pan-cook the seasoned chicken breasts in a little olive oil until fully cooked and then slice them.

    Crisp the Bacon: Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the skillet and place on paper towels to drain excess grease. Once cooled, crumble the bacon into small pieces.

      Assemble the Wraps: Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread 2 tablespoons of ranch dressing across the center of the tortilla.

        Layer the Ingredients: On top of the ranch dressing, layer the grilled chicken slices, crumbled bacon, chopped romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, and shredded cheddar cheese.

          Wrap it Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it tightly from the bottom up to enclose the filling completely. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and ingredients.

            Grill (Optional): For an extra crispy wrap, heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly coat it with olive oil. Place the wraps seam-side down and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.

              Serve: Cut the wraps in half diagonally and serve with additional ranch dressing on the side for dipping. Garnish with sliced green onions if desired.
