1 package (9 oz) fresh cheese ravioli

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup baby spinach

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil, for garnish

Cook the Ravioli: Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Add the fresh ravioli and cook according to package instructions until al dente, typically about 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.

    Sauté Vegetables: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

      Add Tomatoes and Spinach: Stir in the cherry tomatoes and cook for about 3-4 minutes until they start to soften. Add the baby spinach and cook until wilted, approximately 2 minutes.
