Ingredients

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped (canned or frozen)

1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped (or a mix of seafood like crab and scallops)

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon garlic, minced

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil (for sautéing)

Optional: 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (for heat)

Instructions

Sauté Spinach: In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add the chopped spinach and sauté for about 2-3 minutes, just until wilted. Remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.

Mix Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Use a hand mixer or a whisk to blend until smooth and creamy.

Add Ingredients: To the cream mixture, stir in the sautéed spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, and chopped seafood.

Seasoning: Add in the minced garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes for heat. Mix well to combine all the flavors.

Cheese It Up: Fold in the shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan, reserving a small handful of mozzarella for topping later.

Bake: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the dip mixture into a baking dish. Sprinkle the reserved mozzarella cheese on top.

Cook: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and golden brown on top.

Serve: Remove from oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve hot with tortilla chips, toasted baguette slices, or vegetable sticks.
