12 oz tri-color rotini pasta

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup cucumber, diced

1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

1 cup black olives, sliced

1 cup mozzarella balls, halved

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup sour cream

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp red wine vinegar

1 tsp dried Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil, for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the tri-color rotini pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.

    Prepare the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, olive oil, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth and well combined.

      Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked and cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion, black olives, mozzarella balls, and Parmesan cheese.

        Add the Dressing: Pour the dressing over the pasta salad mixture and gently toss everything together until the pasta and veggies are coated with the creamy dressing.

          Chill: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
