4 lobster tails, split lengthwise

1/2 cup unsalted butter

5 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Lemon wedges, for serving

Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Prepare the Lobster Tails: Using kitchen shears, carefully cut the top shell of the lobster tails down the center, and gently pull the meat out, leaving it attached at the base. Lay the lobster meat on top of the shell.

      Make Garlic Butter Sauce: In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic.

        Combine Ingredients: Stir in the heavy cream, lemon juice, fresh parsley, and paprika into the butter mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, until slightly thickened.

          Coat the Lobster: Place the prepared lobster tails in a baking dish and pour the creamy garlic butter sauce generously over the lobster meat.

            Bake: Cook in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the lobster is cooked through and opaque. Baste with extra sauce halfway through for added flavor.

              Serve: Remove from the oven and serve the lobster tails with the remaining garlic butter sauce poured over the top. Garnish with additional parsley and lemon wedges on the side.
