Ingredients

8 oz bowtie pasta

1 lb ground beef

1 medium onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup beef broth

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the bowtie pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Sauté the Beef and Aromatics:

      - In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

        - Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

          - Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.

            - Add ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned and no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.

              Create the Creamy Sauce:

                - Lower the heat and pour in the beef broth, scraping any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.

                  - Stir in the heavy cream and Italian seasoning. Let simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.

                    Combine Pasta and Sauce:

                      - Add the cooked bowtie pasta to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.

                        - Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, mixing until creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

                          Serve:

                            - Plate the creamy beef and bowtie pasta, garnishing with freshly chopped parsley for a touch of freshness.
