Ingredients

8 oz bowtie pasta

1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup beef broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tbsp olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the bowtie pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Brown the Beef: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.

Add the Beef: Increase the heat to medium-high and add the ground beef to the skillet. Cook, breaking it apart with a spatula, until it's browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat.

Make the Sauce: Pour in the beef broth, scrap any browned bits from the bottom of the pan for extra flavor. Stir in the heavy cream and bring the mixture to a simmer.

Add Seasonings: Mix in the Italian seasoning, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Let the sauce simmer for about 5 minutes, allowing it to thicken slightly.

Combine: Add the cooked bowtie pasta to the skillet with the creamy beef sauce. Toss everything together until the pasta is well coated. Gradually stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and incorporated.

Serve: Divide the creamy beef and bowtie pasta into bowls and garnish with chopped fresh parsley. Enjoy your delicious meal!
