Ingredients

12 oz bowtie pasta

1 lb ground beef

1 medium onion, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup beef broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Beef: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion becomes translucent (about 3-4 minutes).

Brown the Ground Beef: Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until browned (about 5-7 minutes). Drain excess fat if necessary.

Add Liquid Ingredients: Pour in the beef broth, heavy cream, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well to combine. Add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.

Simmer the Sauce: Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer and cook for about 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and the sauce to thicken slightly.

Combine Pasta and Sauce: Add the cooked bowtie pasta to the skillet and toss it with the creamy beef sauce until well coated.

Add Cheese: Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the shredded mozzarella cheese until melted and creamy.

Serve: Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and additional cheese if desired. Serve warm.
