Ingredients

12 oz bowtie pasta

1 lb ground beef

1 medium onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup beef broth

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tbsp olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the bowtie pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Brown the Beef: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion is translucent (about 3-4 minutes).

Add Beef: Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

Make the Sauce: Reduce the heat to medium-low, then stir in the beef broth and heavy cream. Allow the mixture to simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens.

Combine Pasta: Add the cooked bowtie pasta to the skillet and toss until the pasta is well coated with the creamy sauce.

Finish with Cheese: Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and fully incorporated. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

Serve: Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving. Enjoy your creamy beef and bowtie pasta!
