Ingredients

12 oz bowtie pasta

1 lb ground beef

1 medium onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup beef broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté Beef and Veggies: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Brown the Beef: Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Season with Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Create the Sauce: Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer. Allow it to reduce slightly for about 3-4 minutes. Reduce the heat to low, then slowly stir in the heavy cream and mix well until combined. Add the shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.

Combine Pasta and Sauce: Add the cooked bowtie pasta to the skillet, tossing gently to coat the pasta evenly in the creamy beef sauce. Heat through for a couple of minutes.

Serve: Spoon the creamy beef and bowtie pasta onto plates and sprinkle with fresh parsley for garnish. Enjoy your meal hot!
