8 oz cream cheese, softened

4 oz chipped beef, chopped finely

1/4 cup sour cream

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/4 tsp paprika

1/4 cup green onions, chopped

1/4 cup pecans or walnuts, finely chopped (for coating)

Crackers or fresh veggies, for serving

Instructions
 

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, chopped chipped beef, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Blend until smooth and creamy.

    Add the Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and paprika to the mixture. Stir well until all the ingredients are fully integrated.

      Fold in the chopped green onions to add a fresh crunch and flavor.

        Using clean hands, shape the mixture into a ball or a log (whichever you prefer).

          Roll the cheese ball in the finely chopped nuts until it’s evenly coated. This adds a wonderful texture.

            Wrap the cheese ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm. For best results, allow it to chill overnight for the flavors to meld together.

              Once ready to serve, place the cheese ball on a serving platter surrounded by crackers or fresh veggies.
