1 cup dried cranberries

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

1/4 cup almond butter (or your choice of nut butter)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

A pinch of salt

Optional: 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips for drizzling

Prepare the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped pecans, dried cranberries, and rolled oats. Mix well to distribute all ingredients evenly.

    Mix the Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together honey (or maple syrup), almond butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt until fully combined and creamy.
