Ingredients

1 package of mini phyllo dough cups (15 cups)

8 oz Brie cheese, cut into small cubes

1 cup cranberry sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1/4 cup pecans, chopped

2 tablespoons honey

1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh cranberries and rosemary sprigs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare Phyllo Cups: Place the mini phyllo cups on a baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced out evenly.

Add Cheese: In each phyllo cup, place a small cube of Brie cheese at the bottom.

Top with Cranberry Sauce: Generously spoon cranberry sauce on top of the Brie in each cup.

Add Pecans: Sprinkle chopped pecans over the cranberry sauce, allowing them to nestle in slightly.

Drizzle Honey: Drizzle a small amount of honey over each cup for a sweet twist.

Season: If desired, add a pinch of salt, pepper, and finely chopped rosemary for extra flavor.

Bake: Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the phyllo cups are golden brown.

Garnish: Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with fresh cranberries and rosemary sprigs if desired before serving.

Serve Warm: Enjoy these delightful bites warm as a festive appetizer!
