2 pounds of king crab legs, thawed if frozen

1 cup unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Salt and pepper to taste

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Prepare the Crab Legs: In a large baking dish, arrange the crab legs. If they are too long, you can cut them in half to fit.

      Make the Butter Sauce: In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned. Stir in the lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, smoked paprika, and salt and pepper. Mix well to combine.

        Pour the Sauce: Pour the butter sauce generously over the crab legs, ensuring they’re well-coated.

          Bake: Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes. This steaming action will make the crab legs tender and juicy.

            Increase Crispiness: After baking, remove the foil and switch the oven to broil. Broil the crab legs for an additional 3-5 minutes until they start to crackle and turn golden brown. Keep a close eye on them to avoid burning.

              Serve: Remove from the oven and let them cool for a minute. Transfer to a serving platter, drizzle any remaining butter sauce from the dish over the legs, and sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley.
