Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped

1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add the softened butter.

Fold in the minced garlic, parsley, chives, and rosemary until well combined.

Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes.

Season the mixture with salt and pepper according to your taste preferences.

Transfer the cowboy butter to a small serving dish or mold it into a log shape using plastic wrap.

If using a log shape, wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the butter to set.

Once chilled, slice the butter into rounds if formed into a log, or serve directly from the dish.

Serve alongside grilled or pan-seared steaks for dipping.
