1 cup unsalted butter, softened

2 tablespoons minced garlic

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon hot sauce (adjust to taste)

1 tablespoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Zest of 1 lemon

Instructions
 

In a medium bowl, combine the softened butter with minced garlic, parsley, chives, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, hot sauce, smoked paprika, sea salt, black pepper, and lemon zest.

    Mix the ingredients together using a fork or a spatula until fully combined and creamy.

      Place the mixture onto a sheet of parchment paper or plastic wrap. Shape it into a log by rolling it tightly, twisting the ends to secure.

        Chill the butter log in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or until firm. You can freeze it for longer storage.

          Once set, slice the Cowboy Butter into rounds and serve it with grilled meats, vegetables, or spread on bread.
