4 cups green cabbage, thinly shredded

1 cup carrots, grated

½ cup red cabbage, thinly shredded

1 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons sugar

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: ¼ cup chopped green onions or parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the green cabbage, red cabbage, and grated carrots. Toss them together to ensure even distribution.

    In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, and sugar until smooth and combined.

      Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrot mixture. Stir well to coat all the vegetables evenly with the dressing.
