2 cups apple cider

1 cup sparkling water

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 tablespoon brown sugar (optional, for extra sweetness)

Juice of 1 lemon

Apple slices (for garnish)

Cinnamon sticks (for garnish)

Instructions
 

In a large pitcher, combine the apple cider, lemon juice, ground cinnamon, and brown sugar (if using). Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.

    Add ice cubes to the pitcher, filling it halfway.

      Slowly pour in the sparkling water, gently stir to combine all the ingredients.

        Taste and adjust sweetness if desired, adding more brown sugar or another splash of lemon juice.
