Ingredients

2 cups dark chocolate chips (70% cocoa)

1 cup sweetened condensed milk

½ cup unsalted butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ teaspoon sea salt

1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

½ cup mini marshmallows (optional for extra sweetness)

Instructions

Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easier removal later.

In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the dark chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and unsalted butter. Stir continuously until the mixture is completely melted and smooth.

Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and sea salt until well incorporated.

If using, fold in the chopped nuts and mini marshmallows for added texture and flavor.

Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly with a spatula.

Let the fudge cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes, then refrigerate for 1-2 hours until fully set.

Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment overhang and cut it into squares using a sharp knife.

Serve chilled or at room temperature, and enjoy your rich, velvety chocolate fudge!
