Ingredients

1 can (15 oz) chili (your choice of meat or vegetarian)

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup diced green onions (plus extra for garnish)

1 tablespoon taco seasoning

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 jalapeño, finely chopped (optional for heat)

Tortilla chips, for serving

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.

Stir in the chili, taco seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder until well incorporated.

Gently fold in the shredded cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, diced green onions, and jalapeño (if using).

Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and spread it out evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the edges are golden.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with extra green onions.
