Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works great!)

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 cup cooked bacon, chopped into small pieces

1/2 cup green onions, finely chopped

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese for an extra cheesy kick

Instructions

Prepare the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Blend using a hand mixer or whisk until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Incorporate Flavors: Add the Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the creamy base. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.

Add Chicken: Fold in the shredded chicken until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

Mix in Bacon & Onions: Gently stir in the chopped bacon and green onions. If you’re using cheddar cheese, mix it in at this stage too.

Taste Test: Adjust seasoning as necessary, adding more salt and pepper if desired.

Chill: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.

Serve: Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. You can garnish with additional chopped green onions and bacon on top for presentation. Serve with crackers, toasted baguette slices, or fresh vegetable sticks.
