Ingredients

2 large flatbreads (pita or naan)

2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded (grilled or rotisserie)

1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

1/2 cup Caesar dressing (homemade or store-bought)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup croutons, crushed

Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Chicken: If not pre-cooked, grill or bake the chicken breast until fully cooked, then shred it into bite-sized pieces.

Mix the Salad: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese. Toss gently to coat all the ingredients in the dressing evenly.

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Assemble the Flatbreads: Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet. Evenly distribute the chicken Caesar mixture over each flatbread, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top.

Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the flatbreads are crispy and the cheese is melted.

Add Toppings: Once out of the oven, top the flatbreads with halved cherry tomatoes, crushed croutons, and freshly cracked black pepper. Optionally, drizzle a bit more Caesar dressing on top for extra flavor.

Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley over the top for a touch of color and serve immediately. Cut into slices for easy sharing.
