2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

6 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled

4 cups mixed salad greens (romaine, spinach, arugula)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cucumber, sliced

1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup ranch dressing (homemade or store-bought)

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, salad greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and cheddar cheese.
