1/4 cup soy sauce

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon sriracha (optional, for heat)

1 teaspoon ground ginger

Salt and pepper to taste

For Texas Toast:

4 slices thick-cut bread (Texas toast)

1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes (optional)

Instructions

For the Cajun Pasta:

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Season and Cook Chicken: In a large skillet over medium heat, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Season the cubed chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Sauté until cooked through and golden, about 7-8 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Sauté Shrimp: In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes. Remove and set aside with the chicken.

Sauté Vegetables: In the same skillet, add the bell peppers, onion, and garlic. Sauté until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.

Make the Sauce: Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Add the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until the cheese has melted and the sauce thickens slightly. Season with additional Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.

Combine: Add the cooked pasta, chicken, and shrimp to the skillet with the sauce. Toss until well combined and heated through. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

                For the Honey Garlic Wings:

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare Sauce: In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, sriracha, ground ginger, salt, and pepper.

Coat the Wings: Place the chicken wings in a large mixing bowl. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the wings, ensuring they are well coated.

Bake Wings: Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the rack. Bake for 40-45 minutes until crispy, flipping halfway through. Brush with extra sauce during the last 10 minutes of baking if desired.

                          For Texas Toast:

Prepare Toast: Mix softened butter, garlic powder, and parsley flakes in a small bowl.

Toast Bread: Spread the mixture generously on both sides of each slice of Texas toast. Place under a broiler for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.

                                Prep Time: 30 minutes | Total Time: 1 hour | Servings: 4
