Ingredients

2 cups leftover mac 'n' cheese

1 cup crushed Cheetos (any flavor)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup milk

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 egg, lightly beaten

1 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for extra crunch)

Cooking spray or olive oil (for greasing)

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or olive oil.

Prepare the Cheese Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the leftover mac 'n' cheese, crushed Cheetos, shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, milk, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and beaten egg. Mix until all ingredients are well-combined and the mixture is creamy.

Fill Muffin Tin: Scoop the mac 'n' cheese mixture into each muffin cup. Press it down gently to pack the mixture tightly, filling each cup to about 3/4 full.

Add Crunch (Optional): If you want an extra crunchy topping, sprinkle breadcrumbs over each filled cup, followed by a little more crushed Cheetos for added flavor and texture.

Bake: Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the edges are bubbling.

Cool & Serve: Once baked, remove the muffin tin from the oven and let it cool for about 5 minutes. Use a knife to gently release the lava bombs from the edges and carefully remove them from the muffin tin.

Enjoy: Serve warm. When you bite into these lava bombs, the gooey mac 'n' cheese filling will melt out and combine perfectly with the crunchy Cheetos topping!
