1 package (16 oz) refrigerated pizza dough

1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup sliced pepperoni

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons Italian seasoning

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 large egg (for egg wash)

1 tablespoon olive oil

Marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle, approximately ¼ inch thick.

      Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

        Arrange the sliced pepperoni over the cheese layer and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.

          Starting from one edge, carefully roll the dough tightly into a log. Pinch the seams and ends to seal well.

            Cut the rolled dough into 1½-inch slices and arrange them cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet.

              In a small bowl, beat the egg and brush the mixture over the tops of the rolls.

                Drizzle olive oil over the rolls for extra flavor and a golden finish.

                  Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.

                    Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving with warm marinara sauce for dipping.
