Ingredients

1 package of pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup pepperoni slices

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Olive oil (optional, for brushing)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Dough: Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to form a rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.

Add the Fillings: Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Layer the pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.

Season the Mixture: In a small bowl, mix together the grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Sprinkle this mixture over the pepperoni and mozzarella.

Roll Up the Dough: Starting from one of the longer edges, carefully roll the dough into a tight log. Seal the edges by gently pressing them together.

Slice the Rolls: Using a sharp knife or a pizza cutter, slice the rolled dough into 1-inch thick pieces and place them cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet.

Apply Egg Wash: Brush the tops of the rolls with the beaten egg to give them a nice golden color while baking. If desired, you can also brush a little olive oil for added flavor.

Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.

Cool and Serve: Once baked, remove the rolls from the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes before serving. Pair with warm marinara sauce for dipping.
