2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

1/2 cup spinach leaves (fresh or cooked)

4 large flour tortillas

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes (if using), and spinach. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Warm the Tortillas: Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil. Once hot, place one flour tortilla in the skillet for about 30 seconds on each side until warm and pliable. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.

      Assemble the Wraps: Lay a warm tortilla on a flat surface. Spoon a generous amount of the cheesy chicken filling onto the center of the tortilla. Fold in the sides and roll up tightly from the bottom to create a wrap.

        Cook the Wraps: Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy. Repeat for each wrap, adding more oil to the skillet as necessary.
