Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon black pepper

¼ teaspoon salt

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

¼ cup green onions, chopped

Cooking spray or olive oil for grilling

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Mix until well combined and creamy.

Lay a flour tortilla on a clean surface and spread about ⅓ cup of the cheesy chicken mixture in the center, leaving space around the edges.

Top the filling with a handful of fresh spinach leaves, a few halved cherry tomatoes, and a sprinkle of chopped green onions.

Carefully fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it tightly from the bottom up to form a wrap. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.

Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly coat with cooking spray or olive oil.

Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.

Remove the wraps from the skillet and let them cool for a minute before slicing in half.

Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce or a side salad!
