Ingredients

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 tablespoon olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

¼ cup cream cheese, softened

4 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat)

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

½ cup diced tomatoes

¼ cup sliced olives (optional)

1 cup ranch or garlic sauce for dipping

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Chicken: In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Season the chicken breasts with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Sear the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and golden. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Make the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped chicken, minced garlic, mozzarella cheese, and cream cheese. Mix until well combined.

Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Place a good amount of the chicken and cheese mixture in the center of the tortilla, followed by a handful of fresh spinach, diced tomatoes, and olives (if using).

Wrap it Up: Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards and then roll it tightly from the bottom up to enclose the filling. Repeat this process for the remaining tortillas.

Bake the Wraps: Place the wraps seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, until the tortillas are golden and crispy.

Serve: Remove the wraps from the oven, slice them in half, and serve warm with ranch or garlic dipping sauce.
