Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup spinach leaves

1/2 cup chopped cherry tomatoes

Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until the mixture is well combined and creamy.

Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface.

Divide the cheesy chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas, leaving a border around the edges.

Top the chicken mixture with a handful of spinach leaves and chopped cherry tomatoes for freshness.

Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll them up tightly from the bottom to create a wrap.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down on the skillet and cook for about 3–4 minutes until the bottom is golden brown. Flip and cook for an additional 3–4 minutes until both sides are crispy and heated through.

Remove from the skillet and allow to cool slightly. Cut each wrap in half, and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Serve warm, optionally with a side of marinara sauce or ranch for dipping.
