Ingredients

1 package of refrigerated pizza dough (or homemade dough)

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup ricotta cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (or gorgonzola)

3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 egg (for egg wash)

1 tablespoon olive oil

Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Cheese Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the mozzarella, ricotta, Parmesan, and blue cheese. Add in chopped parsley, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well-combined and set aside.

Roll Out the Dough: On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick. Cut the dough into strips about 2 inches wide and 6 inches long.

Fill the Breadsticks: Place a generous tablespoon of the cheese mixture in the center of each dough strip. Fold the sides over to enclose the filling and pinch the edges to seal well.

Brush and Bake: Place the stuffed breadsticks on the prepared baking sheet. Beat the egg in a small bowl and brush it over the tops of the breadsticks for a shiny finish. Drizzle with olive oil for extra flavor.

Bake: Bake the breadsticks in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until they are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.

Serve: Remove the breadsticks from the oven and let them cool slightly. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
