Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup lump crab meat, drained and picked over for shells

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 green onions, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1/2 tsp soy sauce

1 tsp lemon juice

1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning (or to taste)

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

2 tbsp melted butter

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Tortilla chips or crackers (for serving)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth.

Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled crab meat, minced garlic, chopped green onions, Old Bay seasoning, and season with salt and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.

Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.

In a separate bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs with melted butter and mix until the breadcrumbs are evenly coated. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the crab dip.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is bubbly and golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Serve warm with tortilla chips or crackers for dipping.
