Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled

3 cups cooked pasta (elbow, penne, or rotini work well)

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

1 cup ranch dressing

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

1/2 cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: 1/2 cup breadcrumbs for topping

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, crumbled bacon, and pasta.

In a separate bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Pour the soup mixture over the chicken, bacon, and pasta combo. Stir well to ensure that everything is evenly coated.

Stir in half of the cheddar cheese and half of the mozzarella cheese into the casserole mixture, mixing until evenly distributed.

Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Spread it out evenly.

Top with the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheese. If using breadcrumbs, sprinkle them evenly over the top for added crunch.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
