2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

2 cups broccoli florets, fresh or steamed

1 cup cooked rice (white or brown)

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

½ cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup chicken broth

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

¼ cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)

1 tablespoon olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Cook the broccoli: If using fresh broccoli, steam the florets until tender but still bright green, about 3-5 minutes. Drain and set aside.

      Mix the base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, steamed broccoli, and cooked rice.

        Prepare the sauce: In a separate bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.

          Combine: Pour the sauce over the chicken and broccoli mixture, and stir well to combine. Fold in half of the cheddar cheese.
