Ingredients

2 cups shredded cooked chicken

1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed

1 cup corn, fresh or frozen

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles

1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Tortilla chips or celery sticks for serving

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a medium-sized baking dish.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, black beans, corn, cream cheese, sour cream, half of the cheddar cheese, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.

Transfer the mixture into the greased baking dish, smoothing out the top evenly with a spatula.

Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese and blue cheese crumbles over the top of the dip.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh cilantro, if desired.

Serve warm with tortilla chips or celery sticks for dipping.
