Ingredients

8 oz bowtie pasta

1 lb ground beef

2 tbsp unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

1 cup beef broth

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add bowtie pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Brown the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Season with salt and pepper. Cook, breaking it apart with a spatula, until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.

Make the Garlic Butter: In the same skillet, add the unsalted butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes until the garlic becomes fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

Combine Ingredients: Add the Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes to the skillet. Next, pour in the beef broth and stir to combine. Bring the mixture to a simmer.

Add Cheeses: Lower the heat and stir in the cooked pasta, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Mix well until the cheeses are melted and everything is evenly coated. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as necessary.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from heat, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve immediately. Enjoy your delicious cheesy beef and bowtie pasta!
