Ingredients

2 large russet potatoes

1 lb ground beef

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup diced pickles

1/4 cup diced red onion

1/4 cup ketchup

1/4 cup yellow mustard

Olive oil for frying

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Fries: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into thin fry shapes. In a large bowl, toss the fries with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.

Cook the Beef: While the fries are cooking, heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the beef is browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat and set aside.

Assemble the Dish: Once the fries are baked, remove them from the oven and immediately sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top, allowing it to melt from the heat of the fries.

Add Toppings: After the cheese has melted, evenly distribute the cooked ground beef over the cheesy fries. Then add the diced pickles and red onion on top.

Finish with Sauce: Drizzle the ketchup and yellow mustard over the loaded fries. If you're feeling adventurous, you can even drizzle some ranch or special sauce for an extra kick.

Garnish and Serve: Finally, sprinkle some chopped parsley over the top for a pop of color. Serve immediately while the fries are hot and melty.
