Ingredients

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 red bell pepper, diced

1 green bell pepper, diced

1 medium onion, diced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Cooked rice or pasta (for serving)

Instructions

Prep the Shrimp: In a mixing bowl, toss the shrimp with the Cajun seasoning until evenly coated. Set aside for about 10 minutes to marinate.

Sauté the Vegetables: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic, diced onion, and bell peppers. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes, until the vegetables are softened and fragrant.

Cook the Shrimp: Increase the heat to high and add the marinated shrimp to the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally, until the shrimp are pink and opaque.

Add Tomatoes and Sauce: Stir in the cherry tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the tomatoes to soften and release their juices. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve: Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve over cooked rice or pasta for a complete meal.
