Ingredients

8 oz fettuccine pasta

1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 lb sirloin steak, cut into strips

2 tbsp Cajun seasoning

4 tbsp olive oil, divided

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup fresh spinach

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Fettuccine: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Shrimp: In a medium bowl, toss the shrimp with 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and opaque. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Cook the Steak: In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Toss the steak strips with the remaining Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Sear the steak for about 3-4 minutes, or until desired doneness. Remove and set aside with the shrimp.

Make the Alfredo Sauce: In the same skillet, lower the heat to medium and add minced garlic. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant, then pour in the heavy cream. Stir and let it simmer for about 3-5 minutes, allowing it to thicken.

Combine Ingredients: Once the sauce thickens, stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Add the cherry tomatoes and fresh spinach, cooking until the spinach wilts.

Combine Pasta and Protein: Add the cooked fettuccine, shrimp, and steak to the skillet. Toss everything together gently until well coated in the Alfredo sauce.

Garnish and Serve: Serve hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley for a burst of color and flavor.
