Ingredients

4 lobster tails

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

1 teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F).

Using sharp kitchen scissors, carefully cut down the middle of the lobster shell, stopping just before the tail fin. Gently pull the shell apart, exposing the meat. You can pull the meat up and rest it on top of the shell for presentation.

In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, parsley, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Brush the butter mixture generously over the lobster meat and shell.

Place the lobster tails on the grill, meat side up, and grill for about 5-7 minutes or until the meat is opaque and firm. Brush with more butter mixture halfway through if desired.

Once cooked, remove the lobster tails from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.

Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side for an extra burst of flavor.
