2 cups cooked and shredded chicken (preferably rotisserie)

1 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup cooked and drained pasta (elbow or rotini work best)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 cup diced celery (optional for crunch)

1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)

1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional, for topping)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper. Mix until well-blended and creamy.

      Stir in the cooked pasta and diced celery until everything is evenly coated with the buffalo mixture.

        Fold in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, reserving the remaining cheese for topping.

          Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.

            Top the casserole with the remaining cheddar cheese and sprinkle crumbled blue cheese over the top (if using).

              Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the casserole is heated through.

                Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.
