Ingredients

3 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded

8 oz penne pasta

1 cup buffalo wing sauce

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tsp salt

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)

Optional: additional buffalo sauce for drizzling

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Sauce: In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine the buffalo wing sauce, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Stir well and let it heat until just simmering.

Combine Chicken and Sauce: Add the shredded rotisserie chicken to the sauce and stir until fully coated. Mix in 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese, continuing to stir until the sauce is creamy and well blended.

Mix Pasta and Sauce: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked penne pasta with the buffalo chicken sauce mixture. Toss until the pasta is evenly coated.

Assemble the Bake: Transfer the pasta mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Spread it evenly. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese and 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese on top.

Bake: Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

Garnish and Serve: Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions and, if desired, drizzle additional buffalo sauce on top before serving.
