Broccoli Cheddar Chicken and Noodle Casserole

2 cups cooked egg noodles

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced

2 cups broccoli florets, blanched

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1 cup cream of chicken soup

1 cup milk

1/2 cup sour cream

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from heat.

      Prepare the Sauce: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, milk, and sour cream. Stir until well mixed. Add in the cooked egg noodles, blanched broccoli, and cooked chicken, and mix until everything is evenly coated with the sauce.

        Add Cheddar Cheese: Fold in 3/4 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese into the mixture, reserving the remaining 1/4 cup for topping.

          Transfer to Casserole Dish: Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch casserole dish. Spread it out evenly.
