Ingredients

4 boneless pork chops (about 1 inch thick)

1/2 cup Boursin cheese (garlic and fine herbs flavor)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 clove garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup chicken broth

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Season Pork Chops: Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.

Sear the Chops: In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the pork chops and sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Add Garlic: Reduce the heat to medium, add the minced garlic to the pan, and cook for an additional minute, stirring frequently to avoid burning.

Stuff the Chops: Carefully cut a pocket into each pork chop and stuff them generously with Boursin cheese, ensuring it is packed in well.

Add Broth: Pour the chicken broth around the chops in the skillet, which will help keep them moist during baking.

Bake: Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

Rest and Serve: Remove the skillet from the oven and let the pork chops rest for about 5 minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve hot, spooning some of the broth over the chops.
