1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup packed brown sugar

1/2 cup vegetable oil

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1-2 drops blue food coloring (or more to achieve desired color)

Powdered sugar, for dusting

    Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Set aside.

      Combine Sugars and Oil: In a large mixing bowl, combine the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vegetable oil. Mix until smooth and well combined.

        Add Eggs and Vanilla: Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
